Meeper, Phumin, and Phatlada are children in the Katang ethnic group. Large photographs and one-sentence captions tell about the everyday activities of them and their families: Fixing the fishing net, spinning thread, finding food, and playing with friends.
While beginning readers through Laos will enjoy this book, it will particularly benefit young Katang children as they see others like themselves in a book for the first time.
