The Man Who Disappeared

The Sherlock Holmes stories have captured readers' imaginations for a century. Now they provide Lao readers with a chance to develop their English skills, while enjoying a good story. This is the second in our Sherlock Holmes series.

Each book has a controlled vocabulary, with simplified English: "The Beryl Coronet" becomes "The Diamond Crown". Vocabulary increases by about 200 words from one book to the next.
