Evaluation: We evaluate the impact of our reading program, by measuring the reading levels in each classroom of a school before, and after, we set up the program there. Then we compare that with the rate of improvement over the same period, in schools that did not yet get the reading program.

Our first reading tests, in 2013, gave a head word, then asked students to choose a synonym from four words below. Some students were confused by this so we changed to a different format: We show a picture, and (in the first photo) they check the right word for it.
