Evaluation: We evaluate the impact of our reading program, by measuring the reading levels in each classroom of a school before, and after, we set up the program there. Then we compare that with the rate of improvement over the same period, in schools that did not yet get the reading program.

Children who have shown they can read a word stand near the blackboard. We continue showing words until we've shown three words in a row that none of the remaining students can read. It's very common, as is the case here, that girls read better than boys.
