Evaluation: We evaluate the impact of our reading program, by measuring the reading levels in each classroom of a school before, and after, we set up the program there. Then we compare that with the rate of improvement over the same period, in schools that did not yet get the reading program.

Multiple choice questions, flash cards, and reading aloud are the three techniques we used this year to measure reading levels, as we evaluate the impact of our reading program. Using several techniques, then averaging the results, gives a more accurate picture.
