Life in a Hmong Village
Kagia carries water to her home, and rice to feed the chickens, then plays a game. Her mother brings vegetables from the garden, and her father collects tree resin to sell at the market.
This picture book shows the daily life of a Hmong girl. It is particularly helpful to young children who use the Hmong language in their home, as they learn to read and speak Lao in school.
