Eat Tooth? book cover

Eat Tooth?

"Eat rice yet?" (gin kao layo?) is a common Lao greeting. "Eat tooth yet?" (gin kayo layo?) is how tooth bacteria greet each other in this comic book. Sugar candy is spreading through Laos much faster than toothpaste or dental hygiene. Some young children have already lost most of their teeth to decay. We can't expect one comic alone to stop this growing epidemic, but it will be a fun and educational tool to supplement other efforts by parents, teachers, and health workers.
